About Your Role

- Support profitable growth by partnering with Sales to identify and develop new business opportunities and expand market share.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Sales, Engineering, Quality, Operations) to ensure alignment, execution, and customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (S&OP;) through demand forecasting, product segmentation, and capacity planning.
- Monitor and improve product line financial performance through P&L; analysis, cost optimization, and profitability initiatives.
- Support pricing strategy by preparing quotations, managing price structures, and ensuring commercial effectiveness.
- Develop and deliver business intelligence reports to track performance, identify trends, and support decision‑making.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and risks.

About You





- Bachelor’s degree completed.
- 2+ years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with product management concepts.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a cross‑functional environment.
- Experience in integral manufacturing or industrial companies is a plus.
