Key Responsibilities

- Design, build, and fine‑tune Generative AI models (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Stable Diffusion, etc.) for text, image, audio, or code generation.
- Implement prompt engineering, model tuning, and RAG (Retrieval‑Augmented Generation) capabilities.
- Develop scalable APIs and backend systems to integrate AI capabilities into production applications.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define AI use cases and deliver end‑to‑end AI‑powered features.
- Monitor and evaluate model performance, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and ethical AI practices.
- Stay current with advances in deep learning, transformer architectures, and AI safety research.
- Optimize model inference for cost and latency using techniques such as quantization.

Required Qualifications

- 3-5 years of experience in software development or applied machine learning.
- Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow,



or Hugging Face Transformers.
- Solid understanding of NLP, computer vision, or multimodal AI.
- Experience with LLMs or generative models (e.g., text‑to‑image, text‑to‑text, or code generation).
- Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and MLOps tools.
- Strong grasp of data preprocessing, model evaluation, and prompt optimization.
- Familiarity with APIs, microservices, and CI/CD workflows.
