Sus responsabilidades claves

- Soport the Sales Processes within the America's region.
- Analysis of new customer requirements.
- Solution of ServiceNow tickets related to the Sales processes.

Sus aptitudes

- Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or comparable Information Technology qualification.
- Proven experience in SAP SD Module (customizing, master data, business processes knowledge) and their integration with other modules.
- IT professional with 3-5 years of hands‑on experience implementing SAP projects and providing expert‑level operational support for SAP systems.




- Experience collaborating with international or virtual teams and adapting communication styles to diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Desirable hands‑on experience in SAP programs debugging or ABAP development is an advantage.
