Required Skills/Experience:
- 12+ years of experience with Core Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices.
- Experience with Monitoring, Alerting, performance improvements, AWS.
- Experience with dev tools like Jenkins, GitLab, Sonar, Snyk, Checkmarx, etc.
- 5+ years of lead experience.
- Experience with React.
- Good collaboration with product, scrum master, and other leads.
- Ability to work well with team members, guide them technically, conduct code reviews, and delegate work effectively.
