Talent Acquisition Specialist @ Remoto WorkforceWe are looking for a CAD Drafter with strong experience in technical drawings and Top Solid Wood to join our growing team. This role is adecuado for someone with a sharp eye for detail, who enjoys working with precision and has experience creating shop drawings and CNC-ready files in woodwork or similar industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create accurate 2D/3D technical drawings.
- Interpret architectural and technical drawings to develop manufacturing-ready drafts.
- Work closely with project managers and engineers to ensure quality and compliance.
- Prepare files for CNC machining when necessary.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in Top Solid Wood (required).
- Prior experience in architectural millwork, woodworking, or similar fields.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Technical English (Intermediate level or above preferred).

- Time management and accountability.

Salary offers:
Payroll (Nómina): From $22,000.00MXN, up to $28,000.00MXN gross + law and above-law benefits + medical insurance + life insurance.
Direct (RESICO): From $27,000.00MXN, up to $33,000.00MXN net + accounting support + medical insurance.
Final offer will be based on skills and experience.
