Production Planner is sought by a general manufacturing company to coordinate and control production schedules, ensuring efficient use of resources, on-time delivery, and alignment with customer requirements. Overview
Production Planner responsibilities include developing and maintaining production schedules based on demand forecasts, capacity, and material availability, and ensuring ERP/MRP data accuracy.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in production planning or materials planning (manufacturing industry preferred).
- Strong knowledge of MRP/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Experience in demand planning, scheduling, and capacity analysis.
- Solid understanding of lean manufacturing and supply chain processes.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.




- Ability to communicate effectively and work cross-functionally.
- Intermediate to advanced English for corporate and customer communication.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain production schedules based on demand forecasts, capacity, and material availability.
- Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and operations to ensure on-time delivery.
- Monitor WIP, inventory levels, and adjust plans to balance demand and resources.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data in ERP/MRP systems.
- Prepare reports and KPI dashboards on production performance.
- Support new product launches with planning and scheduling activities.
- Collaborate with purchasing and materials teams to prevent shortages or excess stock.
- Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts to avoid downtime.
- Drive continuous improvement in planning and scheduling processes.
