About the Job
The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for coordinating, supervising, and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, order,



and presentation throughout the hotel’s public areas. This role ensures that every space reflects the property’s excellence, overseeing the implementation of hygiene, safety, and quality protocols. The main objective is to lead and support the housekeeping team in daily operations, maintain efficient processes, and deliver an impeccable environment for both guests and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in all public areas according to hotel policies.
- Supervise and coordinate staff assignments, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and correctly.
- Review daily log books to follow up on pending issues and previous day notes.
- Monitor hotel occupancy, VIP arrivals, repeat guests, and group check‑ins/out to prioritize cleaning tasks accordingly.
