This role partners closely with HR, Finance, employees, and external payroll providers to ensure timely payroll execution and statutory compliance.Key responsibilitiesRun end-to-end payroll cycles (weekly/biweekly/monthly) in MexicoCalculate and validate payroll components (overtime, bonuses, vacations, prima vacacional, aguinaldo, terminations)Ensure compliance and correct calculations for ISR, IMSS, INFONAVIT, and CFDI payrollManage payroll incidences (absences, sick leave, maternity/paternity leave)Support onboarding/offboarding, employee records, and payroll-related employee questionsPrepare payroll and workforce reports; support audits and documentationRequirementsBachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field2–5 years processing payroll in MexicoHands-on experience with IMSS / INFONAVIT / ISR / CFDI processes (SUA/IDSE preferred)Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables) Interested?
