As a Regulatory Solutions Analyst on the Regulatory Reports & Demands team,



you'll play a key role in keeping Nu Mexico fully compliant with the requirements of Banxico, CNBV, and Condusef. Working alongside the Regulatory Reporting Officer, you'll help validate reports, support audits, and ensure our internal policies keep pace with a constantly evolving regulatory landscape.

This is a role for someone who finds meaning in getting the details right — and who knows that accuracy in regulatory reporting is what allows us to serve millions of customers with confidence. You'll also help identify where our processes can be sharper and more efficient, bringing Nu's signature problem-solving mindset to compliance work.

Responsibilities
- Validate regulatory reports to ensure full compliance with applicable frameworks, including CUB and Banxico-CNBV-Condusef requirements, maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and quality.
- Monitor and analyze regulatory changes, assessing their impact on Nu's operations and reporting obligations
