At Sanmina, we are looking for a highly skilled Information Systems Manager (IT Manager) to lead and oversee the technology operations for our two Monterrey Sites.

In this role, you will manage one or more information systems functions and direct the activities of the local IT department, including LAN management, systems, desktop services, and telecommunications. You will lead, develop, and mentor a direct team of 6 IT professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Manage local IT staff, coordinating training, development, and performance management.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with plant and business unit management to execute steps necessary to attain corporate goals and objectives.
- Continuous Improvement: Provide recommendations for operational and system improvement, collaborating with users to prepare cost/benefit analyses and project specifications.




- Service Excellence: Coordinate the delivery of services to user groups to ensure IT service is uninterrupted while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Standards & Compliance: Ensure IT standards are maintained and manage facility licensure compliance.

Requirements
- Education: A four-year degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Typically 7–10 years of directly related IT experience, including 2–5 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Technical Breadth: Subject matter knowledge of user groups with experience handling application software analysis, network hardware/software installation, and database management.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills. You must possess excellent listening skills to truly understand user needs and manage
