Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team and drive efficiency across production processes. This role is responsible for developing and implementing cost‑effective manufacturing methods while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and schedule standards. The Manufacturing Engineer will analyze workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimize productivity and reduce costs. Preferred Qualifications




- Experience in cost reduction initiatives and material flow optimization
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies. Proven ability to troubleshoot manufacturing equipment and processes
- Strong background in capital equipment studies and make‑versus‑buy analysis

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, manufacturing, or industrial engineering
- 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Advanced English
- Proficiency in PC applications and understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC)
