- Truncated or Business degree
- Sales specialization or certification (desirable)
- Excellent Business verbal and written communication skills (Both English and Spanish)
- Experience with email and social media marketing is a plus.

Prospectng Skills:
- Comfortable using Linkedin Sales Navigator or similar
- Knowledge in using massive emailing tools
- Basic experience in community management
- Reels and social media content creation
- Ocasional Coldcalling
- Set up and optimize systems for task management, appointment scheduling, and document organization.
- Data entry, conducting research, and coordinating leads with team members.
- Documents, reports and databases preparation
- Assist with client inquiries, provide updates on listings/transactions, and maintain professional communication on behalf of the company branding
