HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED: (5 or + years of experience)
- Experience coordinating projects with multiple stakeholders across Operations, Governance, Support, and Technical teams.




- Strong project coordination and organizational skills, including tracking timelines, risks, dependencies, and escalations.
- Conversational English (written and verbal).
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Calendar).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
- Knowledge of Workday Learning.
- Experience supporting Compliance Training, Training Governance, or Global Learning Operations.
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) or learning deployment processes.
- Experience working in global, cross-functional environments.
