and training in technical material* Communication skills and leading cross-functional teams* Statistical processes and problem-solving techniques* Working with third-party manufacturers and suppliers to ensure compliance to Mondelēz International’s policies and procedures* Working with customers on quality related issues* Working with service-vendors’ technical equipment to support complianceKey responsibilities include:* Policy development and leading the introduction, maintenance and continuous improvement of Quality practices across the organization.* Contribute in the execution of Quality strategies and programs cross-category in the Business Unit (BU). BUs vary in complexity, size, scope and economic differences across our five categories (Biscuit, Chocolate, Gum & Candy, Powdered Beverages and Meals).* Responsible for quality programs for internal and external factories, driving revenue in the BU.* This team will ensure that our products, facilities, processes and systems meet the required Company and legislative quality standards through the Quality Supply Chain Management System and Quality Policy implementation across the organization.* Part of the Special Situations Management Team (SSMT).* Leverage Center Quality resources in Food Safet
