The Quality Manager, Reynosa, is responsible for overseeing and directing all quality assurance and control activities within the manufacturing facility. This role ensures that products meet internal specifications, customer requirements, and applicable regulatory standards. The Quality Manager leads the development and implementation of quality systems, manages audits,



and drives continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. The Quality Manager plays a key role in maintaining compliance, enhancing product reliability, and fostering a culture of quality throughout the plant.

Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and customer-specific requirements.
- Lead internal and external audits, including customer, certification, and regulatory audits.
- Monitor and improve key quality metrics such as FPY, scrap, rework, and customer complaints.
- Manage the quality team, including engineers, technicians, and analysts, ensuring proper training and performance.
- Oversee root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues.
- Interface with customers regarding quality concerns, product performance, and audit findings.
