Your role
- Technical Leadership: Define and oversee the architecture of mobile applications, ensuring clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
- Development Strategy: Make critical decisions regarding the technology stack, integration of banking APIs, and adoption of new trends (KMM, Flutter, Swift, etc.).
- Security and Compliance: Implement high‑level security standards (OWASP, data encryption, biometric authentication) essential for the financial sector.
- Mentoring: Guide and empower the technical growth of senior and junior developers through code reviews and best practices.



Collaboration: Act as a bridge between the Product, UX/UI, and Backend teams to transform business requirements into exceptional mobile experiences.

Your profile
- Experience: Minimum 6‑8 years in mobile development, with at least 3 years leading technical teams.

Platform Specialization
- iOS: Advanced proficiency in Swift and knowledge of Objective‑C.
- Android: Advanced proficiency in Kotlin and Java.
- Architecture: Solid experience with architectural patterns such as MVVM, VIPER, or Clean Architecture.
- Banking Sector: Previous experience working with transaction flows, payment gateways, security tokens, and banking regulations.
- Tools: Proficiency in CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions), Unit Testing, UI Testing, and app store management (App Store Connect / Play Console).
