Could you be the full-time onsite Computer Aided Designer (CAD) in Sahagun, HID, MX we’re looking for?
Responsibilities
- Creating and modifying 2D and 3D CAD models using industry-standard software.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure design accuracy and feasibility.
- Reviewing and interpreting technical specifications and engineering drawings.
- Ensuring all designs meet safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Supporting the engineering team in developing innovative solutions for complex challenges.
- Conducting design reviews and implementing necessary modifications based on feedback.
- Maintaining detailed documentation and version control of all design files.
- Providing technical support during the manufacturing and assembly phases.
- Staying updated on the latest CAD tools, techniques, and industry trends.
- Actively contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
All about you / Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related technical field.
- Experience or understanding of computer-aided design (CAD) software such as AutoCAD, CATIA, or SolidWorks.
- Knowledge of engineering principles and design processes.
- Familiarity with creating technical drawings, schematics, and 3D models.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality work.
- Problem-solving skills to address design challenges and propose innovative solutions.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- A continuous learning mindset to keep up with the latest design tools and industry trends.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet project deadlines.
