Job Description

We are looking for a Salesforce Senior Developer with strong experience in Salesforce development, configuration, and customization. The adecuado candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Salesforce solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and JavaScript.
- Design and implement reusable components, automations, and features that meet business requirements.
- Perform technical analysis, solution reviews, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure code quality and platform stability.
- Optimize queries and business processes through efficient use of SOQL and Salesforce development best practices.
- Participate in application maintenance, enhancements, and ongoing support activities.




- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to define solution architecture and implementation strategies.
- Support system integrations with external applications and contribute to version control and deployment processes using Git and CI/CD pipelines (nice to have).

Certifications Required

- Salesforce Platform App Builder
- Salesforce Platform Developer I
- Any other Salesforce certification

Qualifications and Experience

- At least 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- At least 4+ years of experience in Salesforce configuration, customization, and development.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and JavaScript.
- Experience troubleshooting, debugging, and conducting technical solution reviews.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines (preferred).
- Ability to work effectively in agile and collaborative environments.
- Advanced English (written and spoken) and fluent Spanish.
