Sales Representative I

Sales representative focused on driving growth, strengthening client relationships and acquiring new clients. With their manager’s support, they coordinate between departments to provide an excellent customer experience beyond expectations. They build strong relationships with customers and prospects, identify new business opportunities at all levels of the organization, develop and manage account strategies to protect and grow the business, and manage all internal and external communication related to existing and new business onboarding.

Responsibilities

- Identify, understand, and communicate customer, industry, and end‑user needs to the organization.
- Manage selling situations using Strategic and Conceptual Selling principles to drive profitable growth.
- Develop new profitable business and build and maintain an active opportunity pipeline.
- Participate in pricing and contract analysis, evaluations, and negotiations.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and project timing.
- Complete administrative functions in a thorough, accurate, and timely manner.




- Develop and maintain account plans on how the accounts will achieve targets and identify specific actions to improve profits.
