We are looking for a Cost Specialist to optimize financial efficiency through cost control and analysis, ensuring company profitability through accurate execution of financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Cost analysis and management, including accounts receivable.
- Monthly financial close with a focus on inventory and costs.
- Support the Controllership team with inventory, cost, revaluation, and annual plan reports.
- Product costing and transfer pricing determination.
- Cost analysis for new products in coordination with Engineering.
- Evaluation of manufacturing process costs and proposal of cost-reduction initiatives.
- Inventory administration and control, including cost variance analysis.




- Cost allocation and analysis for corporate reporting and variance explanations.
- Customer account management and issuance of account statements.

What We’re Looking For

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Public Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Cost Accounting.
- Experience in the manufacturing sector (maquiladora experience preferred).
- Understanding of accounting principles (MX GAAP and US GAAP).
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP and Oracle preferred) and spreadsheets.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
- Ability to build financial models and manage projects and costs.
- Knowledge of basic economic principles.
