We are seeking an experienced, professional, and adaptable private chef to provide healthy, high-quality meals for a private household with two elderly married clients. The idóneo candidate will be bilingual, comfortable with extended travel and temporary relocation, and capable of creating fresh, flavorful menus focused primarily on light lunches and dinners. The size of the dinners will typically be 3 - 4 people occasionally 6.

The primary location for this role is Los Cabos, Mexico. The chef must currently reside in Los Cabos and be available to travel to the United States with the clients as needed.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, prepare, and serve nutritious, well-balanced meals 5–6 days per week.
- Primarily provide light lunch and dinner service.
- Occasionally prepare brunch and breakfast meals as requested.
- Develop menus that accommodate dietary preferences and seasonal ingredients.
- Shop for groceries and maintain an organized kitchen.
- Ensure the highest standards of food safety, cleanliness, and presentation.




- Adapt menus and meal schedules as needed during travel.

Requirements

- Driving License
- Must currently reside in Los Cabos, Mexico
- Mexican Passport
- US Visa

Qualifications

- Professional experience as a private chef, personal chef, executive chef, or in a similar culinary role.
- Strong knowledge of healthy and diverse cuisine.
- Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of discretion and professionalism.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Flexibility to accommodate changing schedules, demands of dementia patients, and travel needs.
