Project Manager – Enterprise PMO

Join our team as a Project Manager – Enterprise PMO. We are looking for a delivery leader with strong organization, a proactive mindset, and a solution‑oriented approach.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, or related field (PMP, CAPM, or Agile certifications are a plus).
- 4–7 years of robust experience in project management, successfully driving cross‑functional projects.
- Solid knowledge of project management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall) and industry tools such as JIRA, Asana, and MS Project.
- Proven competence in risk tracking, mitigation planning, budget management, and resource optimization.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to provide meaningful status updates and adapt communication styles for business or technical audiences.

Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and deliver medium to large‑scale projects from initiation through closure, keeping timelines completely on track with minimal supervision.
- Define specific project scope, deliverables, and detailed execution milestones in collaborative agreement with stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between project delivery teams and stakeholders, communicating project health, next steps,



and clear accountabilities.
- Proactively identify, track, and mitigate project risks and operational issues, creating prompt contingency plans and escalating critical roadblocks with recommendations.
- Monitor and track project budgets and maximize resource allocation efficiency while maintaining alignment across departments.
- Contribute directly to standardizing project management best practices within the PMO and capture key post‑project lesson‑learned evaluations.
