About the role

We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst specializing in Tableau to support data-driven decision-making processes. The role involves creating advanced dashboards, data visualizations, and reports using Tableau, with Power BI experience considered a plus. You'll leverage SQL expertise to prepare datasets, distill complex information into actionable insights, and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.

Must Haves

- +4 years of experience in Business Intelligence / Analyst roles;
- +4 years of hands-on Tableau development experience , including building dashboards and reports from scratch (not just modifying existing ones);
- +4 years of SQL development experience , with the ability to design, write, and optimize queries independently (not just execute pre-written scripts)
- Data Storytelling :



Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders;
- Upper-Intermediate English level.

Nice to Haves

- Power BI experience;
- Familiarity with Snowflake cloud data warehouse;
- Proficiency in Tableau Server for publishing dashboards;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Strong communication skills for presenting findings.
