We are looking for a Logistics Analyst responsible for managing and coordinating product import and export operations, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and internal company procedures.

What will you do?

- Prepare and verify all documentation required for import, export, and virtual operations, including commercial invoices and certificates of origin (USMCA).
- Support the management of most of the company’s virtual operations.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all import and export activities comply with local and international laws and regulations, including tariffs, sanitary, and safety requirements.
- Full control of consolidated closings, customs entry reconciliations, eighth rule operations,



PROSEC application, etc.
- Prepare detailed reports on import and export activities, transit times, shipment status, and any other relevant information for management.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, Customs, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, import and export.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with software related to Annex 24 and Annex 30.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP).
- Knowledge of customs legal framework and international trade.
- Knowledge of international transportation procedures (maritime, air, ground).
- Intermediate English.
