The hiring company is a well-established organization within the industrial and manufacturing industry.

Descripción

The main responsibilities are to:

- Own and manage the monthly forecasting process, including sales, margins, and multi‑currency financial consolidation across Mexico, Latin America, and the United States.
- Partner closely with Sales Directors and Managers to develop accurate sales and margin forecasts.
- Prepare and analyze detailed financial reconciliations (bridges) on a monthly, quarterly, year‑over‑year (YOY), and forecast‑variance basis.
- Deliver recurring financial reporting and executive‑level presentations to Senior Management, with a focus on sales and margin performance.
- Lead financial analysis supporting Strategic Plans (and the Annual Operating Plan, including preparation of related presentations.
- Manage CAPEX forecasting and reporting, providing weekly and monthly investment updates and presentations to Senior Management.




- Maintain and update financial systems with actuals and forecasts for P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, CAPEX, Working Capital, and other monthly and quarterly financial files.
- Conduct competitive and market financial analysis.

Perfil buscado

A successful Sr Financial Analyst should have:

- A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Advanced level of English.
- Proven expertise in financial analysis and reporting within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and financial software.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.
