Ensure the correct development, validation, and launch of new machined products (engine and transmission components) through the implementation of robust quality systems, compliance with customer requirements and internal standards, and the comprehensive management of NPD projects and engineering change control.

Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (Engineering, Production, Quality, Supply Chain).
- Generate project status and progress reports at local and global levels.
- Product and process development and validation.
- Review engineering drawings, specifications and technical requirements.
- Perform drafting and identify critical characteristics (CTQ/CC/SC) and special tolerances.
- Define and develop control plans, FMEA (desirable), inspection instructions.
- Develop and implement the Quality Assurance System for new products.
- Ensure correct industrialization of machining processes for cylinders, engine heads, engine blocks, gear housings (transmission) and steel crankshafts.
- Coordinate pilot runs, validations and process release.




- Execute and validate process capability studies (Cp, Cpk) for production approval.
- Ensure release in accordance with customer requirements and regulations.
- Develop and maintain documentation in SAP and ISO systems; ensure traceability.
- Prepare for and support internal, external and customer audits.
- Manage the engineering change management (ECN/ECR) process for new products and products in serial production; evaluate impact on process, quality and capacity; ensure controlled implementation and up‑to‑date documentation.
- Lead continuous improvement projects in machining processes and product quality; identify opportunities to reduce variation, scrap and rework; implement corrective and preventive actions (8D, root cause analysis); follow up on strategic general improvement initiatives.
