Job Description
1. Manage the overall operation to produce good quality parts according to production schedule with minimum cost.
MAIN FUNCTIONS
1. Continuously increase the ratio of good parts produced.
2. Continuously increase manpower efficiency.
3. Continuously increase productivity by process improvement.
Requirements
EDUCATION
Preferably an MBA graduate but not required.
EXPERIENCE
Must have at least 10 to 15 years in a Plastics Injection and Assembly background.
