Descripción

- Provide legal support across supply chain, logistics, and international trade operations to ensure compliant and efficient business activities.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements.
- Identify and mitigate legal and regulatory risks, proactively proposing practical and business-oriented solutions.
- Monitor regulatory developments and ensure product compliance with applicable standards (labelling, certifications, etc.).
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams.

Perfil buscado

- 3-4 years of in-house experience, preferably within retail companies or logistics organizations.
- Strong background in commercial contracts,



with experience in supply chain, logistics, or international trade.
- Solid understanding of regulatory compliance.
- Business-oriented mindset with the ability to balance legal risk and commercial objectives.
- Advanced English with strong communication skills.
- Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
