Responsibilities
- At least 5 years of working experience in IBM Sterling Integrator.
- Ability to coordinate and communicate well with customer relations for any issues or new requirements.
- Strong functional understanding and experience in EDI ANSI, EDIFACT, VDA standards.
- Experience with ANSIX12 transaction sets (e.g., 850, 855, 856, 810, 997).
- Exposure to EDIFACT transaction sets (e.g., ORDERS, INVOIC).
- Knowledge of creating Trading Partner envelopes for inbound and outbound maps in Sterling Integrator.
- Experience in end-to-end testing with customer/trading partner and backend systems.
- Working experience with Service-now and Agile methodology.
- Experience on trading/business partner onboarding.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and resolution skills for EDI functional and technical issues (e.g., support tasks, BP failure analysis, map testing).
- Strong skills in developing Business Process in Sterling Integrator.
- Experience with administrative activities for IBM Sterling B2B Integrator (monitoring database pools usage, purge services, updating custom property files).
- Knowledge of system version upgrades and patch updates.
- Configuration of protocols based on Trading Partner choice (FTP, SFTP, AS2, HTTP/HTTPS, VAN, OFTP, SMTP) and establishing communication between parties.
- Experience setting up secure communication via digital certificates.
- Must have worked on at least 3 EDI projects.
- Good knowledge of Sterling Integrator Gateway.
- Ability to handle the complete lifecycle of EDI projects.
- Working knowledge of Lightwell Framework and Axway B2Bi is an added advantage.
