We are seeking a talented HubSpot Technician to join our team.

Requirements:

- Manage and optimize our HubSpot account (Marketing Hub and CRM)
- Set up and enhance workflows, automation, forms, email campaigns, and landing pages
- Integrate HubSpot with other tools used by the firm
- Create dashboards and reports for KPIs
- Support sales and marketing teams to use HubSpot effectively
- Ensure campaigns are executed properly in English and Spanish




- Propose data-driven strategies to improve lead generation and campaign performance

Qualifications:

- Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- At least 2 years of experience with HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub
- Understanding of marketing automation, lead scoring, workflows, and segmentation strategies

Preferred:

- Experience working remotely with marketing or sales teams
- Excellent organizational, attention to detail, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
