Position Title: Packaging Development Engineer (Entry to middle level)

Job Type: full-Time, Hybrid (1 year possibility of extension)

Job Description:

- Manage and execute packaging innovation and productivity projects.
- Experience in food packaging.
- Adaptable, rigid, folding cartons, corrugated.
- Automated lines, plant trial, coordination, planning and execution experience.
- Manage Innovation Project from concept through commercialization and retail shelves.
- Work with internal customers to commercialize packaging designs and concepts.
- Represent packaging in cross functional team meetings to develop and implement new packaging and packaging changes to realize cost savings.
- Conduct line trials.
- Develop packaging specifications.

Candidate Requirements:

- Diploma/Graduate/Engineering in Packaging or related field.
- 3+ years minimum experience in Packaging R&D; for Food or related industries.
- Good communication skills both oral and written in English and Spanish is must.
