Job Overview

This temporary position provides operations support for Oliver Wyman. The role is based in Mexico and is part of the HC Services function. It requires a self‑starter who can operate without close supervision, a strong customer‑service orientation, excellent communication skills, and organization and attention to detail. Fluency in English is mandatory. The position is hybrid, requiring presence in an office two days per week. Working hours are 8 hours per day.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience
- Working knowledge of Workday System Administration or a similar HR information system
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to multi‑task in a high‑paced environment
- Self‑starter with a strong work ethic and ability to work with minimal oversight




- Ability to collaborate in a global, multicultural team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience in management consultancy, financial services, or a similar professional services industry is a plus
- Hybrid work requirement: presence in the office two days per week

Key Responsibilities

- Enter and submit US and international transactions into Workday, including contingent workers, new hires, terminations, salary changes, leaves of absence, and special payments
- Assist with special projects as needed
