Operate and maintain the quality system within the project or production line in accordance with KOS requirements. Be involved with supplier quality issues and customer issues to keep the production line under control, improve product quality and reduce production costs.
Responsibilities
- Assist in completing the advanced quality planning for new products, PSO audit and PPAP document submission for new products, projects and suppliers to ensure the product process is under control
- Responsible for daily production line product quality management, timely handling of process problems related to product quality to ensure product and service quality
- Assist the Sr. Quality Engineer with customer complaints in a timely manner
- Track suppliers' product development process, control suppliers' supply quality, ensuring their products are continuously stable and meet the requirements
- Collect and summarize quality data, report according to the determined cycle and develop improvement plan
- Assist in establishing and implementing process statistics and analysis for continuous improvement of raw material and product quality
- Assist in the implementation of quality system and process audits and tracking of improvement measures, and actively use and promote various quality improvement tools to facilitate improvements in quality control
- Ability to work to meet the specific requirements of the client
- Learn the company's relevant KOS documents and IATF16949/ISO45001/ISO14001/AEO (Customs: Accredited Operator) standard requirements
- Completing other work assignments as explained by the leaders
Qualifications
- Educational background: Bachelor degree or above, majoring in machinery or materials preferred
- Working experience: 1 year and above relevant working experience
