Responsibilities

- Handle roll forwards and reconciliations for current and deferred income tax accounts
- Perform income tax accounting under Mexico GAAP and support financial audits
- Manage income tax compliance, including annual returns, monthly payments, and regulatory filings
- Oversee VAT compliance, including monthly reports, filings, refunds, and ledger reconciliations
- Coordinate transfer pricing documentation and manage Advance Pricing Agreements (APA)

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related majors.
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing finance management; experience in Japanese/Korean/Taiwanese enterprises is preferred.
- Familiar with Mexican tax laws and accounting practices, with local audit or compliance experience.
- Proficient in ERP systems, with strong skills in budgeting and cost analysis.
- Strong communication and coordination skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Spanish is required as a working language; English or Chinese proficiency is a plus.
