The Seeds Market Developer is responsible for implementing geographic marketing plans and leading market-specific projects . This includes detailed planning, executing, and reviewing sales campaigns to meet set goals. The role involves being a key contact for the Communications team, Account Managers, and Field Agronomists, coordinating field tactics and activities following the commercial strategy by crop.

Responsibilities:

- Pricing and campaign execution; providing commercial support (discounts, quotas) for the assigned geography.
- Deployment of products and technologies; collaborating with communications and technical teams for campaign design.
- Monitoring and evaluating regional business metrics to assess and adjust tactical plans, enabling portfolio sales and optimizing Route-to-Market (RTM).
- Fostering synergies with crop protection and biologicals.




- Implementing growth initiatives and projects at a regional level.
- Steering field plot allocation to promote product development, gather customer insights, and increase sales.

Qualifications:

- Business acumen in the agricultural sector.
- Over 5 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, or Agronomy, preferably in seeds.
- Degree in Agriculture, Biotechnology, or related fields.
- Strong technical background.
- Marketing experience is a plus.
- 100% flexibility to travel.
- Effective leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Customer-centric mindset.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis software.
