Hybrid Sr. Associate I, Identity & Access Management Security Mexico City

As a Senior Active Directory Engineer supporting our IT Department , you will be trusted to work on leading the design, implementation, and optimization of our enterprise identity infrastructure at Mexico City . In this role, a typical day will include:

- Maintaining complex Active Directory environments including multi-domain forests, trusts, replication, and domain controller placement.
- Designing and deployment of hybrid identity solutions integrating Azure AD, Intune, and on-prem AD.
- Domain Controller Management: promotion, decommissioning and health monitoring of DCs.
- Develop and enforce Group Policy Objects (GPOs) to support enterprise-wide security and configuration standards.
- Manage and troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, Kerberos, and authentication protocols.
- Manage and configuring Azure AD and Azure AD Connect for hybrid cloud environments.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE COMPANY:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems,



or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years administering enterprise Microsoft Active Directory (5k+ users, multi-site).
- Hands-on experience with PKI (AD CS), certificate templates, auto-enrollment, and CRL/OCSP.
- Proficiency in PowerShell for automation and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, and federation (ADFS/SSO).
- Solid knowledge of DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and Windows Server (2016+).
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
