Your Mission

To guarantee the legal security of commercial operations and regulatory compliance, acting as a strategic partner to the Business, Product, and Technology teams.

What You Will Do

- Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts with key clients, strategic allies, and technology providers.
- New Business Support: Accompany the launch of new products and business models from a legal and regulatory perspective.
- Compliance & Governance:



Participate in the creation of internal policies and support the Compliance area in audits and regulatory reviews (KYC, AML, among others).

What We Are Looking For

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B. / Licenciatura) is mandatory.
- Experience: +3 years of professional experience in Corporate, Contractual, or Financial Law.
- Background: Previous experience in Fintechs, Financial Institutions, or Law Firms serving clients in the regulated sector is required.
- Soft Skills: Ability to translate complex legal concepts for business and technology teams. A decisive, organized professional with business acumen.
