Responsibilities
- Analyze and redesign production or administrative processes
- Implement methodologies such as Lean manufacturing, Six sigma or Kaizen
- Experience in mechanical design (preferred)
- Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions
- Manage inventories and materials
- Evaluate production and operating costs
- Prepare budgets and financial analysis for projects
- Implementation of new production lines
- Search for savings opportunities
- Study times and movements to improve productivity
- Train personnel in continuous improvement and industrial safety
- Automate processes through software or machinery
- Participate in the digitalization of operation (Industry 4.0)
- Evaluate and select technological tools.
- Reduce the environmental impact of operations

- Bilingual (English – Spanish)

- Experience in logistics and supply chain
- Data analysis and applied statistics
- Process design and simulation
- Handling of specialized software such as AutoCAD, ERP (SAP), advanced Excel, Minitab, etc.
- Participation in optimization or automation projects
- Work in multidisciplinary teams
