We are seeking an accomplished Reservation and Operations Manager to lead and enhance our travel agencys booking and operational functions. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless travel experiences by optimizing reservation processes, liaising with suppliers, improving operational efficiency, and maintaining the highest service standards. Key Responsibilities

Reservations & System Management:
- Lead the configuration and optimization of travel systems to align with corporate strategies and operational policies.
- Collaborate with technology providers and internal IT teams to ensure seamless system functionality and integration.
- Implement and oversee pricing structures to reflect senior managements strategic directives.
- Ensure the timely generation, branding,



and distribution of all travel documents (e-tickets, vouchers, confirmations).

Operations & Financial Coordination:
- Work closely with Finance to guarantee accurate and timely invoicing for both suppliers and clients.
- Generate and analyze reports on sales, capacity utilization, and contractual compliance to inform decision-making.
- Oversee and maintain travel product inventories, ensuring rates, terms, and conditions are up-to-date and correctly displayed.
- Monitor live product inventory (flights, hotels) and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Supervise product distribution across all sales channels, proactively identifying and addressing any inconsistencies.
- Partner with Marketing and E-commerce teams to ensure the accuracy and quality of product descriptions and visuals.
