What Youll Do:
- Coordinate transactions from start to finish, ensuring a smooth process.
- Manage and update CRM systems and lead lists.
- Handle marketing materials and provide detailed admin support.
- Solve problems independently and keep things running smoothly.

- Experience: Proven background in real estate transaction coordination.
- Skills: Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Traits: Process-focused and reliable (high S and C on DISC).

What We Offer
- Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8 AM -5 PM MT.
- Pay: $20,000 - $30,000/year (based on experience).
