Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience providing application support in enterprise production environments.
- Strong technical expertise in: Java, SQL, Unix/Linux, Reporting Services, ETL Processes, Splunk, AppDynamics, ServiceNow, StarFleet
- Proven experience supporting mission-critical applications within the financial services industry.
- Experience supporting applications related to:
- Tax Certificate Generation
- Financial and Accounting Translation Systems
- Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Solutions
- Solid understanding of ETL workflows, reporting platforms, and data integration processes.
- Experience with Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management processes.
- Knowledge of application monitoring, logging, troubleshooting, and performance analysis tools.
- Basic understanding of banking operations, financial products, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to investigate complex production issues using multiple data sources.
- Experience contributing to process improvement initiatives within application support teams.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional technology and business teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced production environment.
- Intermediate English proficiency with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

- Provide production support for critical financial reporting and compliance applications,



ensuring high availability and operational stability.
- Monitor application health, performance, and availability using enterprise monitoring tools such as Splunk and AppDynamics.
- Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve production incidents while meeting established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Support applications related to tax certificate generation, financial reporting, accounting translation, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) processes.
- Participate in Disaster Recovery (DR) planning, testing, and validation activities to ensure business continuity.
- Support application deployments, production releases, and implementation activities, including post-deployment verification.
- Perform post-implementation health checks to validate service availability and system functionality.
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge base articles.
- Analyze applications to identify operational risks, security vulnerabilities, and opportunities for performance optimization.
- Collaborate with Development, Infrastructure, Database, Middleware, and Business teams to ensure efficient incident resolution and continuous service improvement.
- Support ETL processes and reporting services by monitoring data flows, validating data integrity, and assisting in troubleshooting data-related issues.
- Communicate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders, providing timely updates on incidents, service requests, and operational status.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance application reliability, operational efficiency, and overall support quality.
