Teachers maximize their students’ potential in basic reading, writing, and social skills by creating a safe, fun, learning environment and utilizing a variety of educational activities, such as songs, stories, games, and art, that energize their students’ learning abilities.

Teacher Positions

- Preschool Teacher Home Room Teacher
- 2nd Grade Home Room Teacher

Qualifications (Required):

- 100% Bilingual:
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish, including speaking, reading, and writing. Ability to effectively communicate and engage with students, parents, and staff in both languages.

- Completed university degree + teaching credential/license:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field from an accredited institution. Valid teaching credential or license in the relevant subject area and grade level.

- Inquiry-based, challenge-based, project-based, or IB experience
- 2+ year working with students as a Homeroom teacher:

- Proven track record of effectively managing a homeroom class.



Experience in developing and delivering lesson plans that meet diverse student needs. Ability to create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.

- 1 year working with students as a Team Teacher:

- Collaborative teaching experience, working alongside other teachers to plan and execute lessons. Skills in co-teaching, sharing responsibilities, and contributing to team goals. Experience in participating in professional learning communities.

Qualifications (Preferred):

- Advanced degree in your field
- Readers & Writers Workshop
- Apple Educator
- Co-teaching experience
- Reggio Emilia
- Classroom experience
