Job Description

Core Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality, customer-focused Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion while providing excellent partner support
- Manage more advanced Accounts Receivable activities, including credit and collections processes, payment follow-up, and customer account management
- Perform detailed credit risk assessments, including analysis of financial statements and annual reports to support informed credit decisions
- Release or cancel customer orders in accordance with company policies and credit guidelines
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal partners and external customers across multiple countries and regions
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by finding opportunities to optimize AR processes, increase efficiency, and support global standardization
- Ensure compliance with integral accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls while supporting the implementation of standardized and scalable processes

This is a 1-year parental cover position. The role is based in Monterrey. No relocation assistance is provided for this position.

Requirements

- Proven experience within Finance and Accounts Receivable or similar role
- Experience working in a Shared Service Center environment with a focus on process excellence and continuous improvement is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and a quality-focused attitude




- Strong collaboration and partner management skills, with the ability to build trust across functions and geographies
- Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems
- Advanced English language skills and professional Spanish language skills
