THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Client Success Senior Manager for our Client Success department in Mexico

The Client Success Sr. Manager is responsible for creating and consolidating strong relationships with a portfolio of larger-sized clients (5,000 or more eligible employees),



driving their long-term growth and satisfaction. This strategic role combines account management, business development, and effective communication skills to ensure the continuous success of clients and the expansion of revenue.

YOUR IMPACT

Client Portfolio Management:
- Maintain proactive relationships with an assigned portfolio of clients.
- Thoroughly understand the needs, objectives, and challenges of each client.
- Develop scalable success plans for each client, aligned with their business goals.
- Monitor and analyze client usage of the product/service to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess progress and adjust strategies.

Business Development and Growth:
- Identify and execute strategies to increase subscriber growth and MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue) within the assigned portfolio.
