Description
Host Stand Agency is looking for a Social Media Manager who can grow into ownership of both organic and paid social media across its client portfolio.
The exact initial scope may evolve depending on client needs, team growth, and how responsibilities are divided with the senior creative/content lead. Over time, this person is expected to manage social media more broadly, including content planning, publishing, community engagement, campaign execution, paid social management, performance analysis, and optimization.
The role is likely to support hospitality and lifestyle clients, including restaurants, hotels, resorts, travel brands, and other consumer-facing businesses. The idóneo candidate combines strong creative judgment with commercial awareness and is comfortable working across both brand-building and performance-driven social media.

Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day social media activity across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels
- Develop monthly content calendars aligned with each client’s brand, audience,



campaigns, and business goals
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual direction across client accounts
- Track content performance and prepare clear reports with insights and recommendations
- Identify relevant trends, formats, creators, and cultural moments that brands can use authentically
- Support campaign ideation for launches, events, seasonal promotions, and special offers
- Help manage paid social campaigns, including audience targeting, campaign setup, testing, optimization, and reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to gather feedback, approvals, and campaign information
- Manage multiple client accounts, deadlines, and content workflows simultaneously
