Business Development Representative (BDR)

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be a "thought challenger" tasked with disrupting the status quo and driving our sales pipeline growth. We are looking for a social seller and creative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to redefine how businesses approach their payment infrastructure.

The basics:
- Have at least a potential of 20+ users (to ensure the sales reps were looking for large enough opportunities).
- Have no fundamental red flags or deal-breakers
- The BDR clearly generated (no poaching from inbound leads or other SDRs.

Key Responsibilities
- Own Pipeline Generation: Proactively identify and engage potential high-value clients through outbound strategies including LinkedIn, email,



phone calls, and creative outreach.
- Be a Thought Challenger/Thought Leadership: Understand market pain points and challenge prospect mindsets to demonstrate how our solutions drive significant business impact.
- Master Social Selling/Social Selling Mastery: Leverage LinkedIn and other digital platforms to build professional credibility, nurture relationships, and convert leads.
- Collaborate with Account Executives/Strategic Collaboration: Qualify leads thoroughly to ensure a seamless handoff to Account Executives for closing.
- Analyze and Optimize/Process Optimization: Track outreach performance and utilize A/B testing to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.
- Industry Expertise: Stay informed on fintech trends and competitive insights to effectively educate prospects.
- Think Outside the Box/Innovative Outreach: Use data-driven and "outside the box" approaches to open new business opport
