Role Overview:
The Growth Associate, GTM will lead Pearl’s regional growth initiatives across LatAm. You will be responsible for building community, establishing strategic partnerships, distributing content through local channels, and feeding market insights back to the broader team. This role is highly independent, execution-focused, and adecuado for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-autonomy environments. You will work across multiple initiatives simultaneously, move quickly, and iterate constantly to expand Pearl’s presence in LatAm.
