Financial Reporting & Accounting

- Assist with the preparation of financial statements.
- Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger activity.
- Maintain the integrity of financial records in accordance with GAAP or IFRS.
- Analyze financial results and investigate significant variances.

General Accounting

- Supervise Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Fixed Assets, and General Ledger functions.
- Ensure all balance sheet accounts are reconciled monthly.
- Oversee bank reconciliations and cash management activities.
- Review and approve accounting transactions for accuracy and compliance.

Budgeting & Financial Analysis

- Assist in preparing the annual operating budget and financial forecasts.
- Monitor departmental spending against budget.
- Prepare financial analysis to support business decisions.
- Develop KPIs and management reports.

Internal Controls & Compliance

- Maintain and improve internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate internal and external audits.

Manufacturing Cost Accounting

- Analyze labor, material, and overhead variances.
- Review production costs and work order reporting.
- Partner with Operations to improve manufacturing efficiencies and cost controls.

Leadership





- Supervise and develop accounting staff.
- Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback.
- Promote continuous process improvement and automation initiatives.
- Serve as backup to the Controller when needed.

Education

- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (required).

5–8 years of progressive accounting experience.

- Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Manufacturing experience is strongly preferred.
- English ADVANCE
- Experience with ERP systems

Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.

- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
- Experience with budgeting and forecasting.
