To ensure the accuracy, integrity, and optimal availability of stock at storage points. To manage incoming and outgoing inventory items more efficiently, ensuring the continuity of the company's workflow in operations.

- Analyze discrepancies identified after physical counts performed by Warehouse Assistants.
- Identify, document, and support the root cause of inventory variances.
- Process and reconcile inventory adjustments in QAD to ensure alignment between physical inventory and system records.
- Notify, document,



and follow up on discrepancies detected during product receiving audits.Supervise and support cycle counts and full physical inventories, ensuring compliance with established procedures.
- Control daily inventory operations, including receipts, issues, transfers, and adjustments.
- Manage and organize inventory items to ensure proper control and traceability.
- Monitor and control vouchers issued by Production and Quality departments.
- Prepare and submit inventory count and reconciliation reports to Finance.
- Generate reports on inventory movements (inbound and outbound) and provide executive inventory status updates.
- Analyze inventory trends and movement to identify deviations and improvement opportunities.
- Track and monitor the inventory accuracy KPI and propose corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams within the supply chain to ensure inventory availability and data integrity.
