TCS is seeking skilled professionals to join our team as an AV Operations Technician.

Responsibilities

- Proactively validate audiovisual equipment in executive and critical leadership meeting rooms prior to scheduled meetings, including morning-of readiness checks to ensure full operational integrity. [AV Technician | Word]
- Confirm functionality of audio, video, control interfaces, displays, cameras, microphones, and conferencing platforms to minimize meeting risk and disruption.
- Act as a point of escalation for high-visibility meetings where reliability and user experience are paramount.
- Execute, document, and track structured test cases across all supported room configurations and equipment permutations.
- Validate system behavior across multiple platforms and device types following firmware, software, or configuration updates.

Technical/Functional Skills

- Partner with engineering, vendors, and service providers to identify regressions, compatibility issues, or performance risks introduced by new releases.
- Maintain clear testing records to support root cause analysis,



release readiness decisions, and operational reporting.
- Triage and resolve AV-related incidents and service tickets within scope and capability, prioritizing user impact and business criticality.
- Perform first-line and advanced troubleshooting of room systems, peripherals, and conferencing services.
- Coordinate escalation to internal teams or external service providers when issues exceed local resolution capability, ensuring clear handoffs and follow-through.
- Track issues through resolution and provide feedback to improve system stability and support processes.

Qualifications

- Advanced knowledge of English
- Years of Experience: + 4 Years from specified domain
- Bachelor's in computer science or other equivalent technical discipline
- Strong working knowledge of enterprise AV systems, conference room technologies, and collaboration platforms.
- Experience validating AV systems across diverse hardware and software configurations.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex audio, video, and control system issues under time pressure.
- High attention to detail with a structured, methodical approach to testing and validation.
- Comfortable operating in executive-facing environments with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with technical teams, service providers, and business stakeholders.

Candidate must be located in or willing to relocate to Querétaro. it will be requested to attend office at least 3 days per week.
